Bibbrain
A Goodreads, but for research papers. Zotero, Mendeley, EndNote, adademia.edu...they just don't do it for me. I don't feel encouraged to read papers and I can't really see what other people are thinking (I like to get nosey). So I made Bibbrain (with Aoi Otani). LungTech
Developed a machine learning model with 80% accuracy that could detect COPD, asthma, COVID-19, and healthy via cough recordings. Leading data collection study with OKB Hope Foundation and MIT's Mobile Tech Lab in Ghana, with support from the CEO of SoftBank and Google Health. Received $22,000 in grants.
Recipe Generator App
A Swift-based iOS app that generates recipes based on inputted ingredients, for broke-ass + cooking-inept college students (me).
Kidney Disease Biosensor
Built a biosensor that could quantify creatinine for chronic kidney disease assessment at Caltech's Gao Lab. It will be tested in on-body studies at USC's Keck School of Medicine.
Iron Biosensor
Designed and built a proof-of-concept biosensor that could quantify iron in small volumes. Received support from an MIT instructor and BOSLabs. Received $40,000 in grants.
